BROW BAR/FACIALS/WAXING SERVICES CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES:

We request 48-hour notice, but a 24-hour notice minimum is required to cancel/reschedule. If less than 24 hours is given = a 50% charge will be incurred - NO EXCEPTIONS.
"No-call/no-shows" are not tolerated = a 100% charge will be incurred & future bookings are declined.
Late arrivals: No extra time will be added. If you are too late to complete the service, it’s considered a late cancellation (50% charge)

PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES:

YOU are responsible for ensuring you’re a good candidate for PMU. Read all requirements HERE before booking. If canceled day-of due to ineligibility, you’ll be charged a $100 late cancellation fee + lose booking fee.
Booking fee: $100 non-refundable, applied to service. If you cancel, you forfeit this fee NO EXCEPTIONS.
Rescheduling: A minimum 48-hour notice REQUIRED to keep your booking fee (max 2 reschedules).
Late arrivals: 15+ min late = may need to be rescheduled and booking fee will be forfeited.
"No-call/no-shows" are not tolerated = Lose booking fee + 50%-100% charge, future bookings declined.
No children or animals allowed.
If you have previous PMU/Microblading, do not book your appointment until we have given approval. Book a free consult first.

Color Boost Time! YOUR LAST SESSION WAS 1-2 YEARS AGO AT SYMMETRY done by Nicola. Please only make this appointment if your brows have faded at LEAST 50% - your brows can only take so much color!
