BOOKING: You'll receive important reminders via email & text. Your credit card info will be taken and stored safely via Square - you will NOT be charged unless you are in violation of the following policies.
Brow Bar/Facials/Waxing POLICIES
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: 48 hour notice is requested to reschedule/cancel, 24 hour advance notice is required. If 24 hours is not given to cancel/reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
"NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS" will not be tolerated, you will be charged 100% and ANY future appointments will be declined.
LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. If you arrive so late that your treatment cannot be given, it is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the service.
Permanent Make-Up POLICIES
**YOU are responsible for making sure that you are a good candidate for PMU/Cosmetic Tattooing. Read the information HERE or HERE BEFORE booking your appointment. If your appointment needs to be cancelled day of because you're not a candidate, you will be responsible for a $100 late cancellation fee on top of losing your booking fee.
BOOKING FEE: A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book your PMU appointment (credited toward your service). Please be aware that you will forfeit the fee if you cancel your appointment, no exceptions. An additional $100 fee will be required to make a new appointment.
RESCHEDULING: A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE is required, otherwise you will lose your booking fee - no exceptions. You may reschedule an appointment up to 2 times without losing your booking fee. Any more than 2 times, you will need to pay another booking fee.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your procedure may need to be rescheduled and you will forfeit your booking fee.
NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS ARE NOT TOLERATED: You will lose your booking fee, you will be CHARGED 50%-100% OF YOUR SERVICE COST, and ANY/ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE DECLINED.
NO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT YOUR PMU APPOINTMENT.

REFUND POLICY: Please be aware, we have a NO REFUND policy for services/fees. You may return unopened/unused retail items within 7 days for a full refund. Any open product returns due to allergic reactions will be accepted within 14 days for a Symmetry credit only.
